Once with concierge, she could not answer any of our simplest questions such as what restaurant should we eat at or what nightclubs to visit during our stay. Check-in went really fast, the lady did not seem interested in assisting us with any questions kept referring us to concierge. Two small girls upon check-in with large luggage - no assistance. I've frequented Las Vegas often and have stayed at any number of hotels (Palazzo, Wynn, Venetian, Excalibur, MGM, Rio, Mirage, Bellagio) and never have I ever experienced a group of more unintelligent staff. The hotel itself was pretty, the rooms were modern and nice, however the customer service was atrocious.
Being two female law students on a budget, the rate at the Palms seemed too good to be true.
